when it rains it pours

and no, i'm not talking about the weather lately.
I had been hoping and hoping to go to puerto rico.... and i am!!!!! how awesome! my schedule these next two weeks is so crazy though. i wish i had more time to focus solely on my trip to the carribbean, because i haven't really had any time to be excited about it.

i've spent a lot of time this week planning for trips and getting project work done before i leave. then realized yesterday that i had to do my 8 hour osha refresher course online. that nearly hit my stress breaking-point. so i was here til 10 pm last night, in at 7 this morning, and still have 20% left of that to finish. then i still have 2 edge flyers to make for tomorrow - not to mention i haven't even begun to think about packing. oh, and i still need to print out all my maps for pr, and i gotta pack for both trips before i leave on sunday.

so what is the schedule, you may ask? sunday i leave for kansas city for a week of concrete sampling in a building that is being demolished. i get back friday night at 8:30, and then leave saturday afternoon for a week in puerto rico.... it's been so stressful this week. i think next week will be better, because i'll be on the job site and won't have to worry so much about all the planning.... but man i can't wait to be on the beach!
