babies!

So, i had been in michigan last friday and saturday, and when i woke up sunday morning and looked out the back window - i had geese babies!!! The nest at my pond had 7 babies, it looked like they were born on saturday. also, there were two eggs that didn't hatch. : ( but daily i've been putting out seed for them and they've been hanging out on my porch.

there two other geese families with older babies that have been roaming around the area and coming by my patio for some grub. there's a family with 6 babies, and one with 3 - who are a few weeks older than mine. the babies are sooooo cute!!!!!! i love em! i loved watching on sunday because they were still learning how to walk and were falling all over the place.

They're gonna get so big these next two weeks - i hope they find lots of food to eat when i'm not there!!!
