one month and counting...
so, after the state messed up my application for the february 2007 test, i am finally scheduled to take my geology licensing exam (PG) in september. september 28, to be exact.
i don't know that this will necessarily affect my job (except for maybe a pay raise?), since i really don't do much geology work. so much so that i also am the 'technology coordinator,' just to have a title that actualls describes what i do with most of my time.
anyway, i am excited to be a PG, but honestly, TOTALLY FREAKED OUT about this test. it's been a looooong time since i had to study for anything, and i never had that much discipline for tests to begin with. it's a month out and i've got 5 hours under my belt. i need to up that like a monkey runnin towards bananas. a very hungry monkey.

You've only studied for 5 hours? Try law school, I study atleast 2-3 hours a day and I'm a part-time student working full time. On Sunday, it's an 8 hour studying marathon! It's not a fun life! Good Luck!!
