learning to have a good day
I'm finding that i'm just not able to keep up with the schedule i had during October, November, and December - which was going to the gym 6 days a week. I don't know why, exactly. Perhaps it's because it's been significantly colder. or that winter is in the classic "dragging on" period.... but it's just been much harder to get myself out of bed in the morning, no matter how much i plan for it.
so what i need to do is learn how to still have a good day. meaning, going to the gym makes me feel like i'm starting out right, and really sets me up to eat well during the day. it's the mentality that i worked hard this morning, don't let your efforts be for nothing. So maybe it's about not being so hard on myself - but i also wonder if 4 or 5 days at the gym a week will be enough to get me to my goal....
