do not with the donuts doesn't always work

there are some definite weaknesses that i have. things that i purposefully avoid because when i'm around them i really have no control. i could just eat and eat until i explode. one of these things is french fries. i honestly don't think i've ever eaten a portion (of whatever size) of fries and thought "hey, i don't want any more of those." now, i've never tried eating say, two large mcdonalds fries - cuz i think that is a LOT of fries. but i bet i could do it. and still want one or two more. so, i try to stay away from places that have fries.

i think the next biggest enemy on my list is donuts. i think i could eat like 5 full size donuts, cakey ones, and not even flinch. so again, i try to stay away, i don't buy them, don't keep them in my place. if i make it harder to go and get these things, i have them less. unless. unless.... someone brings with them a big box of munchkins to work. then they are right there. just sitting there. it's a good thing i went to the gym today, because i had three. and i'm going to try not to have anymore. try, being the key word. i know it's ok to let myself have stuff like that sometimes. i just haven't found the off switch yet for having just a little. hopefully everyone else will eat them quickly.
