long days

i gotta tell ya, as much as i love relaxing, taking naps, vegging out in front of the tv, etc., i don't like to be bored. i like to chose to do nothing, not have it forced upon me. it's the beginning of the 4th day here, and i haven't done any sampling yet. now, i'm not necessarily complaining about not being in a 100 degree building wearing a full tyvek suit and respirator, but i can't say as i'm enthusiastic about sitting on this little metal folding chair all day in the trailer, either. it makes the already long days much slower, and i really would prefer accomplishing the tasks i am supposed to be doing while i'm here. especially because, since they are not yet even started, it's looking like i'll have to come back down here after next week. boo.
