these are the things i wonder...

the earth’s axis is at a 23.5 degree tilt, giving us our seasons. What would happen if the earth’s tilt was only half as much, say 12? would the severity of our seasons be cut in half? say there was a temperature range of 40-60 degrees with the 23.5 degree tilt (giving us an average of 50) if the axis were to change to 12, would our range then be 45-55, half of each extreme with 50 still the average? i dunno.... you tell me....
